At Fascia and Glazing Supplies Limited we recognise the importance of maintaining high standards of health and safety, we have therefore created this document to set out our aims and responsibility.

We will ensure the following key objectives are achieved:

Health and safety performance shall be recorded, measured, and monitored on an ongoing basis and subject to regular management review to ensure continuous improvement.

Systematically identify risks involved within our business/activities and manage them to the lowest level and ensure that any action plans, precautionary measures, and procedures resulting from risk assessments are implemented.

To ensure systems of working are followed, are safe and designed to minimise risk.

Sufficient training and information shall be provided to all individuals that enable the operations to be undertaken in the safest possible manor.

Our operations shall be maintained with good housekeeping to contribute to accident prevention.

Health and Safety responsibilities shall be defined for our managers, employees and third parties to understand their commitment.

Ensure effective means of communication are used for health and safety matters with employees to enable them to perform their roles safely.

All employees are encouraged and expected to take personal responsibility to ensure that appropriate practices are correctly implemented. In particular, employees should:

Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what they do or do not do.

Follow the procedures and use protective equipment provided, ensuring safety in the workplace.

Report accidents or incidents that have, or could have, led to injury or damage, and assist in their investigation with the aim of introducing measures to prevent recurrence.

The day to day implementation of this policy is delegated through every level of the organisation.

Environmental Policy
​
Fascia and Glazing Supplies Limited is an environmentally conscious organisation and as such we acknowledge the potential impact our activities and operations may have on the environment.
​
To minimise this impact to a level which is as low as reasonably achievable, the company recognises that environmental protection and prevention of pollution is integral to our business operations.

The senior management are responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy.

The way in which we will minimise our impact on the environment is through the following:
